Where our story starts
We brought toffee to the hot sauce table.
HOFFEE began with a question: what would happen if the rich, caramelized flavour of butter toffee met the kick of hot peppers?
We made real butter toffee the foundation of our sauces. Its sweetness gives the heat somewhere to go, opening up room for fruit, herbs, garlic and pepper to take their own direction.
