Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with HOFFEE. Please review the information below to understand how we process and ship orders.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.


Shipping Locations

HOFFEE ships worldwide.

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 4–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

HOFFEE is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance charges that may be applied to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Missing

  • Incorrect

To request a resolution, email us at info@hoffee.ca within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos if applicable.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of shipment, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


Shipping Delays

HOFFEE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
